At RacquetGuys.ca, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that rackets must have the plastic wrap on the handle intact and show no signs of use to qualify for a full refund.

Pack and Label
Securely package your equipment in a shipping box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal.
