This 4-week session develops both forehand and backhand fundamentals to improve overall groundstroke performance. Players will learn the necessary footwork for efficient movement, positioning and timing to improve ball striking and learn to generate controlled power and spin. Recommended for players who are confident at maintaining a rally and are seeking greater confidence from the baseline.
About Our Coach:

Mike Kosowski leads the RacquetGuys Academy, bringing over a decade of coaching experience in the Toronto tennis community. As a Tennis Professional Association certified Level 2 coach, his approach focuses on developing a strong technical foundation while fostering a love for the game through fun, game-based learning.
As the Director of Programming for Tennis, Mike designs a curriculum that supports all players, from beginners to advanced competitors. "We're not just teaching strokes; we're building players," he says, aiming to create a welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy tennis.
